Performance characteristics

1. AOM oil mist pneumatic lubrication pump is suitable for lubricating high speed cutting, large area lubrication, special processing lubrication and cooling. The oil mist mixes evenly and the effect is good.
2. AOM oil mist outlet can be matched with various nozzles, hard nozzles or OB spray guns. It is suitable for a variety of cutting tool machines. It can effectively cool down, prolong the service life of the tool, and is simple and versatile.
3. AOM type has oil adjusting knob, which can adjust the oil quantity according to the working demand to achieve the optimization. Rotating the knob counter-clockwise, the greater the pressure in the pressure gauge and the larger the amount of air vomiting, the more the amount of oil mist; rotating clockwise, the less the amount of oil mist.
4. Oil droplet transparent window can observe whether oil mist lubrication pump is normal oil, oil mirror can observe whether oil ratio is too low.
5. The air pressure source of AOM oil mist pneumatic lubrication pump can be directly driven by air compressor, or the switch of solenoid valve as air pressure source can be used to control the switching action of the air pressure source 0N/OFF.
6. The recommended pressure source of AOM type is 48kg, which can give better atomization effect.
7. Lubricating oil and cutting water with viscosity of 22 -68 cst@40 C can be used, but volatile oils such as esters and ethylene glycol are forbidden to be added.
