1. The system can set two action modes:

2) Memory: After the power is turned off, the power can be continued to perform the previously uncompleted intermittent time.
2. The lubrication time and intermittent time can be adjusted (the lock key function is set in, which can lock the lubrication and intermittent time after setting).
3. Equipped with liquid level switch and pressure switch (normally closed, optional), when the oil volume or pressure is insufficient, the buzzer will give an alarm and output an abnormal signal.
1) Insufficient pressure shows Erp.
2) Insufficient liquid level shows Ero.
4. The system time can be set, LUB lubrication time: 1-999 seconds (minutes), INT intermittent time: 1-999 minutes (seconds/hour/time), special requirements can be customized.
5. The panel indicator light can show the lubrication and intermittent status of the oil injection machine.
6. The system can use the "RST" key to force lubrication or eliminate abnormal alarm signals.
7. The longest single lubrication time is less than or equal to 2 minutes, and the intermittent time is more than 5 times the lubrication time.
8. The motor is equipped with an overheat protector to prevent the motor from overheating and overloading.
9. There is a decompression device in the positive displacement system, which needs to be equipped with an LT/DPB/MO distributor.
10. There is an overflow valve to prevent the lubrication pump from being damaged due to overload work and excessive pipeline pressure.
11. The viscosity of the oil used is 32-68cSt@40ºC.
