Performance Characteristics

1. The system can set two action modes:
(1) Lubrication: Lubrication timing should be executed before starting.
(2) Memory: When the power is cut off and the power is sent again, the incomplete interval before execution can be continued.
2. The lubrication time and the intermission time can be adjusted, and the lock key function is provided to lock the lubrication and intermission time after setting.
3. Pressure switch is usually closed and optional. When the oil or pressure is insufficient, the buzzer will give an alarm and output the abnormal signal.
(1) Insufficient pressure showed Erp.
(2) Insufficient liquid level shows Ero.
4. System time can be set, LUB lubrication time: 1-999 seconds, INT interval time: 1-999 minutes, customizable.
5. The panel indicator can show the lubrication and intermittent state of the oil injector.
6. System can use RST key to force lubrication or eliminate abnormal alarm signal.
7. There is a decompression device in the volume system, which needs to be used with LT/DPB/MG distributor.
8. A relief valve is provided to prevent the lubrication pump from overworking and the pipeline from being damaged due to excessive pressure.
9. Special alloy gear pump with induction motor has long service life and low noise.
10. Applicable range of oil viscosity 32-68 cSt@40ºC.
