1. The system can set two action modes:
Lubrication: The lubrication time is counted first when the machine is turned on.
Memory: After power off, power on again to continue the previously unfinished interval.
2. Lubrication time and intermittent time can be adjusted (the lock key function is built-in, which can lock the lubrication and intermittent time after setting).
3. Pressure switch (normally closed, optional). When the oil volume or pressure is insufficient, the buzzer will give an alarm and output an abnormal signal. Erp is displayed for insufficient pressure. Ero is displayed when the liquid level is insufficient.
4. The system time can be set, LUB lubrication time: 1-999 seconds or minutes, INT interval time: 1-999 minutes (second/hour/time), special can be customized.
5. The system can use the "RST" key to force lubrication or eliminate abnormal alarm signals.
6. The special alloy gear pump is matched with the induction motor, which has long service life and low noise.
7. There is no decompression device in the resistance system, it needs to be equipped with a proportional joint or a B-type distributor.
8. There is an overflow valve to prevent the lubrication pump from overloading and the pipeline from being damaged due to excessive pressure.
9. Applicable oil viscosity range is 32-68cSt@40ºC.
