Product Description

Performance Characteristics
1. This machine is an oil return lubrication pump, which can save the use of lubricating oil. There is a filter in the oil return port to filter impurities.
2. Lubrication time and intermission time can be adjusted. LUB lubrication time: 1-999 (seconds) INT intermission time: 1-999 (minutes) (special requirements can be customized).
3. It has liquid level switch and pressure switch (normally closed, optional). When the oil or pressure is insufficient, the buzzer will give an alarm and output the abnormal signal.
4. The panel indicator can show the lubrication and intermittent state of the lubricating pump.
5. The system can use RST key to force lubrication or eliminate abnormal alarm signal.
6. Special alloy gear pump with induction motor has long service life and low noise.
7. After the installation of the machine and the completion of the piping, continuous oil injection is required. After the tubing is full, it will be used again.
8. There is a pressure regulating valve device, which can adjust the pressure according to the customer's needs, and can be seen from the pressure gauge.
9. Use oil viscosity 32-68 cSt@40ºC
