Performance and Features
1. Composed of AMT electric gear lubrication pump, quantitative mixer, air source, and compressed air control components.
2. Oil and gas lubrication can be provided to the lubrication points of the equipment at regular and quantitative intervals.
3. The working cycle of the lubrication pump and solenoid valve is controlled by the electrical system. The lubrication pump delivers a certain amount of oil to the
pressurized oil and gas mixer according to a certain oil supply cycle. The solenoid valve synchronously controls the delivery of gas to the oil and gas mixer. The oil
and gas are mixed into small particles, which are then transported along the oil pipe (recommended to use a spiral tube) to each lubrication point.
4. There is a pressure switch installed to monitor the loss of pressure and interruption of the oil system.
5. The lubrication pump is equipped with a low oil level transmitter, which can output a low oil level signal.
