Performance and Features
1. The action and interval time are controlled by PLC.
2. The air pressure drive is controlled by a three port two position solenoid valve, which can be used as an air pressure switch to control the ON/OFF switching of the lubrication pump. The output pressure is controlled by the input air pressure and is supplied with oil during operation.
3. It is recommended to use a pressure of 4-8 bar and set the ON/OFF time of the three port two position solenoid valve to at least 5 seconds for normal oil discharge.
4. It needs to be used in conjunction with a DM type oil and gas volumetric distributor with a discharge capacity of 0.03cc or more to achieve the effect of quantitative oil supply and oil and gas mixing.
5. Equipped with a pressure gauge that can detect the operating pressure.
6. Equipped with a float switch, it can detect the oil level and automatically send out a signal.
7. Equipped with a pressure switch, it can detect whether the oil circuit is damaged.
8. A pressure regulating filter can be installed to filter water and impurities from the air pressure.
9. A-101-2 type filter can be installed to filter impurities in the lubricating oil.
10. Special capacity and other requirements can be customized.
